Moisture, oil, and dirt problems in compressed air lines may affect the ability of pulse jet dust collectors to clean. When the compressed air in the clean filter bag is contaminated, it can cause many problems. Premature wear of pneumatic components may result because these components are made to be used most efficiently with clean compressed air.
Based on practical experience and theoretical analysis, this paper introduces a practical method for removing oil and water in compressed air pipeline system, that is, installing a larger capacity oil and water collector at the lowest point of the pipeline and discharging condensed oil and water regularly, so as to ensure the quality of compressed air.
In view of the long time and high rework rate of pipeline layout in complex products, an automatic pipeline layout and comprehensive optimization method based on engineering rules is proposed. This method adopts the motion planning algorithm to automatically layout the pipeline system, and on this basis, it optimizes the pipeline layout scheme through simulated annealing algorithm.
Dalian after completion of compressed air piping in the layout, to comprehensively consider the machinability of piping, structural characteristics, strength characteristics and engineering constraints, adopting a knowledge modeling method based on first-order predicate piping layout is established knowledge base, based on this, advances a kind of piping system based on ASP reasoning machine automatic evaluation technology, implements the comprehensive evaluation of piping layout, and the evaluation results feedback to the optimization of the layout scheme design personnel. The validity of the method is proved by the example of hydraulic piping system of aero-engine.
Local air supply generally speaking, when there is no compressed air in the plant, or although there is but the gas supply pipe network users far, the number of dust removers, separate set up compressed air station is difficult, the use of local air supply, in the dust remover next to the installation of small compressed air machine, for one or two dust removers use. The disadvantage of this air supply method is that the pressure and air volume are not stable, easy to affect the normal operation of the dust collector due to the failure of the compressed air machine, maintenance, noise. Therefore, use or not use this gas supply as little as possible.
