Suitable fluid: compressed air, vacuum, nitrogen, inert gas, the highest working pressure < 1.6mpa

Operating temperature range: -20℃ ~ +80℃, seamless extruded aluminum tube (in accordance with GB/ t4437.2-2017 standard)

Standard color: blue grey, yellow must be ordered in advance.

The layout and laying principle of compressed air pipeline:

1) compressed air line layout, the dendritic or ring pipeline gas supply, to have special requirements of users, should consider to supply specialized units, special line, double pipe gas supply, and should be taken into account and outdoor power network, according to the specific situation, adjust measures to local conditions to determine the layout and installation in warm hot regions and areas of the plant compressed appropriate USES overhead laying pipeline, cold area and cold region of compressed air pipeline overhead laying, antifreezing measures should be taken.

2) for pipelines conveying saturated compressed air, devices shall be installed to discharge oil and water accumulated in the pipeline system, and pipelines shall be provided with slope, which shall not be less than 0.002.

3) compensation for thermal expansion shall be considered for the compressed air pipelines installed in the plant area.

4) inlet of compressed air pipeline in workshop is generally equipped with inlet device.
