Welding connection: Welding connection is the process of connecting pipes to joints by melting, and then cooling to form a firm connection. Its characteristics are high connection strength and good sealing, suitable for high pressure, high temperature, and important working environments. However, welding connections require professional operational skills and equipment, have high requirements for workers, and are difficult to disassemble, so their applicability is limited.

Pressure connection: Pressure connection is a method of inserting a pipe into a joint and then fixing the pipe to the joint using a nut or sleeve. Its characteristics are simple installation, easy disassembly, and good sealing and pressure bearing capacity. Pressure connections are suitable for small and medium-sized pipelines, such as water pipes, gas pipes, etc., but are not suitable for high-pressure and high-temperature working environments.

Card sleeve connection: Card sleeve connection is a method of inserting two sections of pipe into a middle card sleeve, and then fixing the pipe on the card sleeve with a snap ring. Its characteristics are easy loading and unloading, good sealing, suitable for small and medium-sized pipelines and scenarios that require frequent disassembly and replacement. However, the pressure bearing capacity of the card sleeve connection is relatively low and not suitable for high-pressure working environments.

Choosing the appropriate aluminum alloy pipe is the main task for quickly installing aluminum alloy pipelines. There are currently two common types of aluminum alloy pipes on the market: 6061 and 6063. The former has better strength and pressure resistance, while the latter is more suitable for use in low-voltage systems. Select suitable aluminum alloy pipes based on actual usage needs. Before installation, it is necessary to clean and remove dirt from the pipeline. Use a suitable cleaning agent to clean the inside of the pipeline and ensure that it is unobstructed. Then, rinse the pipeline with clean water to thoroughly remove any remaining cleaning agents and dirt.

After the installation of aluminum alloy pipelines is completed, testing and acceptance are required. During testing, high-pressure gas or water can be used to check the sealing and stability of the pipeline. After passing the test, flush and clean the pipeline to ensure that there are no impurities or residual pollutants. Inspect the installed pipelines, check if the connection points and brackets are secure and comply with the design specifications.
